Pick your patch
- UV printed leatherette: full color, 26 leatherette colors. Order UV printed patches

Add your artwork: three ways
- Upload your art. PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG. A clear background gives the cleanest edge; a flat background is removed for you automatically (untick it to keep your file exactly as sent). Already have a production-ready SVG with its own cut line? Tick My file is production ready and we use it as-is.
- Set it in type. Up to two lines of text, your choice of typeface, flat or curved.
- We design it. Describe what you want and add a reference image if you have one. There is a $20 design fee, we send you a proof, and nothing is made until you say yes.
On laser patches we trace your art to a clean vector, and the preview shows exactly how it will engrave. If your art needs redrawing, choose Have us redraw it ($5 per design).
Shape, size and edge
Choose a contour cut that follows your art, or a rounded rectangle, rectangle, square, round, oval, hex or wide octagon. Patches start at 3.5 in wide. Anything bigger than 3.5 × 2.5 in is fine: it adds $0.50 per extra square inch, per patch. You can also add an edge finish.
Bulk pricing
The more you order of the same design, the less each patch costs: up to 55% off on UV and 57% off on laser at 150+. Discounts count per design.

Turnaround and pressing
Patches ship within 48 business hours of approval (bigger runs and specialty stock can add a day). They arrive with LoneStar Durra-Bull adhesive already applied. Just press: 260°F top, 400°F bottom, 45 seconds. More settings: Heat Press Guide.
