The Quote Builder turns a job into a one-page quote your customer can actually read — your business name and logo at the top, a quote number, an expiry date, line items, terms, and a deposit figure.
It has two sides, switched at the top of the tool:
- Costing — your side. Blank costs, machine time, labor, markup or target margin, wholesale price, and your profit breakdown.
- Customer quote — their side. The finished document, ready to print or save as a PDF.
The maths does not change between the two. What changes is how much of it the other person sees.
