• How do I put a layered map together?

  Cut each layer from its own material. Glue the land layer onto the blue base so the water shows through. Glue the street layer on top, lining its frame up with the land layer's edge.

• What is the 3D layered map?

  Stacked wood with the water showing through. It is three layers: a blue acrylic base, a birch land layer with the water cut out and the minor streets engraved, and a walnut top layer of cut major streets held by the frame band.

• What sizes does the 3D layered map come in?

  8, 10, 12, 16 and 18 inch squares. 10 inches is the default. You can also type any size in Size & shape.
