The hand-made trail map: a wood mountain with every run as one bold white piece on top, and trees if you like. Few pieces, wide ones, easy to glue. Choose Layered (backer, mountain, trails, trees), Two layers (trails glued onto one board) or One piece (one board with the trails cut through). Trails sets the weight: Bold keeps the big runs and fills narrow gaps so every piece can be handled, Medium keeps most runs, Fine nearly all. Trees can be engraved or cut as little pine pieces placed in the mapped forest.
