Approving a domain says "everyone with a mailbox here is part of my team". That is only true for a domain your organization actually controls. Anyone in the world can create a gmail.com address, so approving it would share your library with everyone. Personal and disposable email providers are refused for that reason. Use the domain on your company email address instead.
