Try these steps: 1. Restart Photoshop fully. 2. Check you're on Photoshop 23.0+ (Help → About Photoshop). 3. Re-run the .ccx installer. 4. Check Creative Cloud desktop app — look under Plugins for ToneSmith. 5. In newer Photoshop, plugins appear under the Plugins menu, not Window → Extensions. Still stuck?
