No — do not create a new one. Your PatchForge access is already attached to the email you bought with. Open PatchForge from The Forge (apps.makerfoundryco.com) and it signs you in with no password, or click "Email me a sign-in link" on the PatchForge sign-in page and use that same email. Signing up again with that address will not work, because the account already exists.
